The room was nice and pretty spacious, plus the view was great - I really liked it! The location was top-notch, super convenient for the events we were going to 😊.

The gang of bored teens hanging around the parking structure should have been shooed away. They were there for hours, and were doing their best to be intimidating.

It was an unbeatable location close to restaurants and bars, multiple downtown attractions and restaurants and Hampton Inn Massillon. The breakfast always had hot choices.

The rooms here are spacious and well-equipped with a fridge and microwave, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making it a great place to stay if I come back to this area.

Location

Never received room service, even though we were out of the room for several hours. Had to call and ask for the trash to be emptied and for clean towels. When I mentioned this at check out, was just given excuses.

Overall clean, although you can tell little things were not cleaned thoroughly. When we arrived, there was trash on the floor. And they didn't clean the shower while we were there.

The hotel is next to a bus stop, but they did have a special thing to go up to prevent others from trying to enter the building who should not be. The employees always seemed to be taking up the parking by the elevator doors which seemed odd to me - as you would think the people trying to unload all the luggage should be closer.

The room was a nice size and absolutely perfect, with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff throughout the hotel were attentive and really helpful. The hotel is in an exceptionally nice location, close to First Methodist Church. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this place, especially due to the events we were attending.

Lobby has been nicely upgraded. We had last been at this hotel in 2004. Loved the interactive travel screen next to the brochures.

The garage elevator to lobby may still be a little confusing to those new to this location.

It was there, I had a funeral in the area and needed a place to stay.

My expectation for a Hampton Inn was high, have stayed in several, various states. Everything was as every other hotel, nothing outstanding. In my room, remote for tv didn't work..seriously? For the price of the room, it should have been a lot better.

The location was absolutely perfect - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed in a neat and perfect room with a microwave and refrigerator, and greatly enjoyed it. The check-in was fast, and the staff was very attentive.

Had not stayed in a Hampton and I was very impressed. Soft sheets and comfortable bed. Very good and balanced breakfast. Will stay here again when I'm in town.

Parking could be confusing, but after reading other reviews it was easy to figure out.

My stay was very nice for holidays. Had tidy and absolutely perfect room with microwave and refrigerator, which I loved. Location: the hotel was short walk to Massillon for a wedding and Canton and the Football Hall of Fame.

The hotel has an absolutely perfect location near Canton and the Football Hall of Fame. Also, I loved the Ohio Military Museum, which is just a 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. The breakfast is hot and excellent, with a wide range of meals.

Convenient location for exploring the old town, just a short walk away. It's nice that it's only a 22-minute drive from the airport 🚗.

Clean, but some small missed spots. Trash found on arrival. Shower not cleaned during stay. Accommodating facilities. Great breakfast options. Helpful and flexible staff. Rec Center passes available. Nice room and wonderful breakfast. Loved the smoothies. Comfortable room, but filthy upholstered chair. Arms in room and lounge chairs not cleaned. Attention needed.
